I first contacted the APO group in 2003 for the purpose of looking at the prospect of owning an investment property. I was first asked to sit down with Clayton Pope and discuss my finance options. Having little experience in this field I was amazed at what could be achieved in relation to financing options, tax savings and depreciation benefits. Clayton made it very easy to understand and made me confident of being able to do something.

I was then introduced to Jason Savage who is a licensed real estate agent who showed me some new properties in my price range that were in great areas, and enabled me to claim the maximum amount of tax relief.
As I was paying too much tax in the first place, owning this property was simply a matter of borrowing the money and having the tenant and the tax man pay most of costs.

Clayton then organised a tax variation form which allowed me to claim my tax benefits weekly so they went into my pay packet each week. After this my entire outlay to own this investment property was only 60 dollars per week.

As the APO Group have their own property management division they also found my tenant and manage the property as well.
4 years on I now own 3 investment properties all purchased through the APO group.

I have saved over $20,000 in tax per year and I am well on the way to securing valuable assets for my retirement.

It is with great pleasure that we send this testimonial on the services we received from “A.P.O. Group” organisation.
It was Jason who we met first when we wanted to buy an investment property in Brisbane last year. He was so friendly and helpful we did not waste time in deciding on buying one of the properties he showed, to build a house.

As we are from Sydney it was a big task building a house in remote control but with Richard looking after the financial side it became so easy to do the whole project without any dramas. Then came the task of getting good tenants for the house which looked so simple with Caroline looking after that aspect of the project.
